Our Founder & CEO

Nate graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in economics, a B.S. in marketing, and an M.S. in economics. He started Real Property Management Pittsburgh in the autumn of 2011. Nate and his wife Sarah have six kids (four of whom they love) that keep them pretty busy. When they’re not trucking them all over Pittsburgh for school, playdates, athletic events, music lessons, etc., they can be found trying to find a quiet place in the house for a nap. They also enjoy road trips, sports, reading, and serving in their church congregation. Nate is passionate about building a strong company culture where team members are supported, motivated, and empowered to do their best work. He believes that success comes from combining great people with clear processes and a commitment to doing things the right way. Nate’s leadership, vision, and dedication to continuous improvement play a key role in the ongoing success of RPM Pittsburgh, and driving the company forward.
